Course fees, payment and cancellation

Adance registration for the Kansa Vatki (KV) Ayurvedic Foot Massage™ workshop is required. Participants who register within one week of the workshop dates will incur an administrative, non-refundable surcharge of USD 30 per person.

 

Deposit and Payment

Total cost: USD 235, with early payment discount: USD 195.

An initial deposit of USD 50 is required to enroll in the Kansa Vatki (KV) Ayurvedic Foot Massage™ workshop. This deposit is due at least fourteen days prior to the workshop and is non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled. The remaining payment may be made in installments up to seven days prior to the start of the workshop. Full payment is due seven days prior to the first day of the workshop unless a payment plan with alternate arrangements has been agreed upon. Payment plans are available on application. The total cost of the workshop is USD 235 and includes the Training Manual and one Kansa Vatki Bowl. An Early Payment Discount of USD 40 is available to participants who register and pay in full a minimum of six weeks prior to the workshop. Registrations made less than seven days prior to the workshop need to be paid in full.

 

Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the workshop. All Kansa Vatki (KV) Ayurvedic Foot Massage™ classes have a limited enrollment, and registrations are processed on a first-come/first-served basis. Submission of a Registration Form (by email or mail) and initial deposit does not guarantee placement.

 

Refund Policy

The initial USD 50 deposit for any workshop offered by Heart-Centered CAM Training International is not refundable unless the dates and location of the workshop change or the workshop is cancelled. All other payments are fully refundable until seven days prior to the workshop. Between seven and two days prior to the workshop, fifty percent (50%) of all other payments are refundable. All refunds due will be made within seven working days after the end of the workshop. There will be no refund for participant cancellations less than two days prior to the workshop.
